As a Cash Management Officer, incumbents will support CorTrust's mission and business objectives by building and further enhancing relationships with our business clients, executive clients, and municipalities by assisting them with their complex deposit and cash management related needs. They will support business growth through community engagement and will actively seek opportunities to support our clients and communities.

Daily duties for this position:

  • Serves as the subject matter expert for cash management business lines including deposit services, ACH, business banking, remote deposit, and internet banking.
  • Creates, develops, and expands cash management products and strategies to provide the best opportunity to our clients while maximizing profitability for the company.
  • Delivers product and service proposals to potential cash management clients.
  • Facilitates cash management product installation and implementation within the Bank and its branches.
  • Takes ownership of product implementation and training and assists customers with overall product usage.
  • Trains bankers in introductory product knowledge and facilitates branch referrals.
  • Collaborates with business partners inside and outside of the organization to facilitate teamwork and engagement.
  • Reviews, monitors, and analyzes reports and transaction activity to track industry and usage trends.
  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
