KeyStaff Professionals has partnered with privately owned pharmaceutical company to identify a Sr Compliance Specialist to join their team! This is a role within the Veterinary Health space.

This individual MUST be based out one of the following locations: AL, FL, IL, IN, IA, KY, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, PA, SC, TX, WI.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support ongoing internal Board of Pharmacy preparedness audits
  • Oversee completion of scheduled customer and supplier due-diligence
  • Develop, maintain and update operating procedures
  • Participate in scheduled policy and procedure reviews
  • File and maintain records for all Federal, State, County, and City environmental regulatory agencies
  • Handle and coordinate manufacturer product recalls
  • Investigate and provide information requested by governing agencies related to investigations, inquiries, expectation changes, and audits
  • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual ARCOS reporting for DEA

Education & Experience:

  • Knowledge of Federal and State pharmaceutical license requirements
  • 3+ years of animal health experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum AAS required, BS preferred
  • Experience filing government agency licenses
  • Completing, updating, and tracking legal documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be self motivated and able to work independently
