Requirements for the Licensed Sales Producer :

• Sales, leadership, and management experience preferred but not required Sales Producer
• Sales Producer must have excellent communication, strong organizational and time management skills.
• Sales Producer must be self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• The Sales Producer must or be willing to obtainA theA Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses.

• The Sales Producer will work and train with a seasoned insurance office in Bloomington

• The Sales Producer will cross sell to existing clients and also market to new clients.

• The Licensed Sales Producer must complete required online training plus any training given by mentor agent.
• Must have insurance licenses or willing to obtain them
