The Finance Manager will work directly with both the accounting and operations teams to help drive the financial results for our Supportive Living business unit. This position will focus on business partnering with the management team in order to provide insight and assist with developing plans for sustainable growth. This position will create and deliver timely, accurate, and relevant financial information and perform analysis related to the business units within the organization.

This is a hybrid on-site and remote position, with the onsite location in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.

Job duties include:

• Create a true partnership with the management team with full visibility and transparency to revenue and profitability drivers
• Assist with developing pricing models for private pay residents and costs to align with government and third-party payors
• Develop budgets and forecast models to understand the long-term impact of changes
• Compile and analyze financial data for completeness and accuracy
• Analyze personnel costs and other operating expenses to show Business Unit performance vs comparative metrics
• Analyze staffing patterns from a financial standpoint to offer suggestions for efficiencies
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and respond to inquiries as required
• Play an innovative role in providing financial information, advice, and assistance on business issues.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five or more years of experience in a similar position working with business partnering and/or financial management
