$70 - $100 /hour W2 Pay Rate

Hello Temp is looking for contract Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Financial Manager to help with a variety of M&A facing projects and oversee budgeting and forecasting, process design and clean up. We are looking for an experienced project M&A Consultant who loves to get in to organizations and learn something new quickly. A successful flexible Finance Manager Consultant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of Mergers & Acquisition principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating and/or managing a team of Analysts and loves the power of flexible work!

• Provide reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for opportunties.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project/gig/consulting/contract M&A Financial Manager preferred
• Proven experience in M&A preferred
