Position:
Elite Facility Services has an immediate need for a Commerical HVAC Technician to assist with our growing, full-service, commercial property maintenance team.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be motivated to work under limited supervision while on assigned service calls. In addition, they will utilize their skills to coordinate and complete HVAC/R repairs, replacements and preventative maintenance.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Complies with applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to building operations and work safety.

* Performs assigned day-to-day repairs and preventive maintenance primarily on roof top units (RTU's).

* Diagnose and identify equipment repair and replacement needs.

* Inspect building systems including fire/life safety, HVAC/R and plumbing to ensure proper operations of equipment.

* Responds quickly to emergency situations.

* Assist other departments as needed.

* Possesses a high level of work ethic and is a team player.

Requirements:

* 1-3 Years of experience in Commercial HVAC/R maintenance.

* Valid driver's license.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Ability to be part of an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and service requests.

Physical Demands & Working Environment:
Work is performed primarily outdoors. A job in this category may require walking, bending, reaching, lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, etc.
