JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of technical experience in making repairs and handling maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• MN State Boilers License, preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work as a team player being flexible and dependable.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and be flexible in dealing with a changing work environment.
• Basic knowledge and operation of hand tools.
• A reliable vehicle for local travel.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Responsible for regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis when emergencies arise outside of normal business hours.

Hours: 40 hours Monday through Friday, between standard business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm; Non-exempt
