As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage all phases of the project lifecycle including project scheduling, budgets, and project deliverables. This Project Manager role will work collaboratively with their team and external stakeholders to ensure that completed on schedule and within budget.

  • Involvement in proposals, definition of deliverables, schedules, and fees
  • Generate contracts and agreements
  • Monitor team performance, and update project schedules as needed
  • Collaboration with consultants, and internal Studio and Operations Leaders

About the Project Manager:

  • 10+ years of experience of progressive commercial architectural experience
  • Demonstrated architectural project management experience in leading design and technical staff, creating budgets, project scheduling, and staff management
  • Applicants with prior educational project experience, including K12 and Higher Education, are encouraged to apply
  • The ability to effectively manage client relationships
  • Proficiency with project management software including MS Office, Miro, Deltek, Revit
