The Coated Products Operations (CPO) consists of three manufacturing plants, four Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings.

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift at our Winchester, VA facility. The Winchester Division manufactures blank label stock serving primarily the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Green Bay Packaging is a privately held company with 40 divisions located throughout the country and employs over 3,750 employees.

Our Production Supervisors provide leadership and supervisory support for the successful, safe operation of the facility while mirroring our company culture to provide our customers with a superior product and outstanding customer service.

The hours of operation for 3rd Shift are 10:45 PM to 7 AM.

-Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or Associates degree with two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, or five plus years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
-Ability to motivate and coach personnel while promoting a team environment
-Excellent organizational and strong technical skills
-Be proficient in utilizing problem solving techniques
-Ability to communicate to teams
-Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Experience with Training preferred
