Title: Labor Buyer
Location: Onsite in Plymouth, MN
Full Time/Direct Hire
As a Labor Buyer you will be responsible for the development of vetting, negotiating, selecting and assigning 3rd party labor partners to our projects. The goal of this position is to provide both internal and external customers with the best quality pricing and timely installation of projects while reducing our internal costs.
Education:
- Four-year degree preferred
Experience Required:
- Labor Partner procurement and negotiations.
- Workload planning for labor partners.
Experience Preferred/Other Qualifications:
- Labor partner (lighting installs, industrial, commercial, retail, others) management, sourcing, negotiating and licensing experience.
- Oracle or other ERP systems
