The Associate Director of Sales Operations role will support Medicare Sales and help to address a growing need for analytics, modeling, and forecasting strength. This position will produce insightful analysis to support fact-based decision making. By understanding business KPI's and drivers and forecasting financial implications of decisions, this role will provide strategic counsel and leader-facing support, while enhancing key partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years financial and data analysis experience
• 5+ years of Excel, PowerPoint use - expert level skills
• Ability to interact with and present to Sales leaders
• Ability to drive analysis and build executive-level decks to summarize findings
• Strong communication skills
