Job Description

-Independent Sales Job - Agents make their own schedule (part time or full time)

-115%-145% commission rate. Uncapped earning potential (1099). Commission only position.

-Free training and licensing support - No previous education or licensing required

-We work with over 15 A-rated insurance carriers and have a variety products to properly serve our clients' needs

-Vested day one residuals and renewals

-No contracts!

-High quality lead system - no cold calling, D2D sales, or selling to friends and family

Successful Agent Traits

-Must be driven/hard working

-Must have a positive attitude/must be willing to deal with ups and downs of sales

-Must be coachable

-Must be personable/enjoy talking with people

-Can't be afraid to ask for help

-Must be willing to invest in yourself financially

-Must have basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities

-Call leads of people that expressed interest in life insurance

-Set up appointments to meet the client in person or virtually (remote)

-Figure out clients needs/find policy that fits those needs and make the sale
