We are currently looking to add a Project/Construction Workeragement professional. The Project Manager (PM) oversees the Estimating, Scheduling, Procurement, Contract Management, Budget Management, Change Management, and Closeout of all construction being worked on. The PM is also responsible for managing the clients relationships with vendors, contractors, architects, engineers, tenants, brokers, property management personnel, municipalities and any other parties that may impact the success of the project. We perform a variety of commercial construction projects from simple remodels to ground up buildings and everything in between. Create your own path with projects and clients within the company.
What You Need for this Position- Bachelor's degree in construction workeragement or engineering.
- At least 3+ years of experience in the commercial construction field
- In-depth knowledge of commercial/interior construction processes
- Working knowledge of construction laws and practices
- Ability to understand and apply building codes and other design requirements
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Ability to travel from job sites to office
- Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without being told
