A firm in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Accounting Clerk to add to their team on a permanent basis! The Accounting Clerk will perform a variety of routine accounting duties accounts payable, accounts, receivable, and billing. Candidates with their degree in accounting are encouraged to apply! Other job duties include -

  • Gather vendor invoices, obtain approvals, and enter into the company's ERP
  • Prepare billing reviews and distribute to Project Managers for review
  • Process necessary adjustments and corrections identified during the Billing Review process
  • Post and mail sales invoices to clients
  • Maintain client and vendor master files
  • Provide administrative support such as report generation, document control, publishing, editing, and filing
  • Maintain registration records and renewals for firm
  • Maintain and document office procedures and controls

Hours: Regular Business Hours
Pay: Determined by level of experience

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is highly preferred
  • 1-3 years of previous accounting experience
  • Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
