Description: industry leading is looking for a Contract to Hire Senior Business Analyst (Financial Services). You will be part of a product team working with key BU's (retail payments, financing and markets). The business analyst will primarily work within our retail payments space where they are processing transactions from convenience stores, these applications are custom built, complex and quite large. This position will work on a product team and will collaborate with the team to create user stories for features enhancements to our systems.
What Experience Should You Have?
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar
* More than 5 years' experience as a business analyst managing requirements, facilitating requirements elicitation meetings and documenting requirements on complex projects
* Experience with payment solutions, processing retail transactions would be highly preferred
* Experience with custom built, large and complex applications
* Exceptional at getting all scenarios and exceptions
* Take initiative, be a driver and help lead and mentor
* Experience with Agile and SDLC
* Proficiency with MS Excel, Word & Visio
* Strong analysis skills with attention to details
* Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written - able to speak in business terms
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Ability to work independently
