Controller - Our client, a leading human service and healthcare provider, headquartered in Minneapolis, operating in Minnesota and Wisconsin is currently seeking a new Controller. This is a high-profile position with significant interface with senior leadership and program staff.

Primary Duties: Responsible for the accuracy of the general ledger, financial statement preparation, monthly close, audits, compliance, internal controls, and cash management. Managing the Accounting staff and working closely with the Revenue Cycle and Program leaders and staff.

Education, Experience and Professional Skills

* BA/BS in Accounting or related field; or equivalent of education and experience

* CPA strongly preferred

* 8+ years relevant experience

* 5+ years supervision experience

* Healthcare or nonprofit financial management experience, preferred

* Experience managing complex revenue streams, e.g. grants, contracts, third party payers.
