No need to know anything about decking. We have an awesome 5 day training with the best trainer in town.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Think critically and creatively to find the best solution for both the customer and DecksDirect
• Help customers via email and phone. Majority of calls are inbound, so no need to hunt for customers
• Help customers get their dream deck

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and follow up on tasks
• Customer first attitude

Position Details:

• Full-time/Part-time: Hourly
• General Operating Hours:
  • Monday-Friday 7:00am- 6:00pm
• Internal position: not remote or telecommute
