Orangetheory MN Team is opening new locations Fall of 2022 and we are looking for the Team!
Are you looking to be a Coach and help people achieve their fitness goals? Are you not spending enough time working with clients? Look no further, Orangetheory fitness is opening new locations and the Orangetheory community needs you to lead, inspire and drive performance through health and fitness while helping members achieve their personal fitness goals.

At Orangetheory Fitness, you could work with 40 clients a day while coaching classes in an energetic and motivating environment. We are looking for energetic, passionate, and driven Personal Trainers/Group Fitness Instructors to help our existing and growing community achieve their fitness goals. We offer our Coaches a consistent schedule, great income with full benefits and career growth opportunities.
The Orangetheory Fitness concept is built around the Fitness Coach role which delivers our 1-hour full-body group workout. Our workout is back by science, tracked by technology and inspired and led by certified coaches ... YOU!
What we offer our full-time Fitness Professionals:

• Coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week with great income and full benefits.
• They have a consistent schedule with shift options of early bird, night owl or a variety based on their personal preferences.
• We offer a consistent income without the worry of clients with no shows or last minute cancellations.
• New studios are opening all over the metro area and we love to promote from within for leadership positions.
• This is a fun, high-energy, health-orientated team and a great place to build a fitness career.

Qualifications:

• Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• A big smile and a great attitude.
• Sincere in your communication, team player, care about others.
• Growth-minded and open to learning.
• Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000/year for a full-time position Benefits and Perks:
