Summary

Responsible for managing multiple data sets and reporting that provide accurate and timely information to aid decision making and sales development. This individual will be a key source for analytics, management of databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing applications and databases.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of markets and product sales, analyzing results and preparing recommendations to address business questions originating from Marketing, Sales and Finance.
  • Perform data mining and data warehousing techniques using analytics software
  • Identify patterns and relationships in large data sets
  • Effectively communicate data driven insights to relevant stakeholders through presentations, reports, dashboards, and self-serve analytics
  • Interpret business needs into functional requirements and develop useful enhancements to the CRM system.
  • Ensure all CRM systems and process documentation is current.
  • Set-up and execute CRM user licensing and setups/configuration
  • Analyze campaign statistics and results and prepare performance summaries
  • Assist users by delivering effective training in the use of CRM systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or highly related field of study. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years' experience in Marketing and Analytics
  • 2+ years' experience in administering Salesforce.com and architecting solutions to business problems on the application platform preferred
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) preferred.
  • Proficiency in PC-based analytical tools, databases, and solid working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP Business One, SQL Server and Crystal Reports a plus.
  • Proficiency in data visualization software (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details
  • Ability to work effectively across functional groups
  • Good project management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations
  • Ability to travel 20%
