Position Information:
The Radiation Therapy program seeks a radiation therapist and or dosimetrist with interest in guiding the next generation of future therapists. The Adjunct Faculty is responsible for development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the theoretical and clinical components of assigned courses. Demonstrates the ability to teach in individual, small and large group settings, and functions under the direction of the program chair. Participates in ongoing systematic evaluation activities as assigned.
Example of activities this individual will assist with include the instruction of Treatment Planning II (treatment planning and dosimetry calculations) grade assessments and occasional substitute lecturer for the Treatment Planning 1 course. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience on the education side of the Radiation Therapy.
Work Location: Fully Remote; may have opportunities to come to campus for specific testing or lectures as necessary
Course Assignment Specifics: Treatment Planning II. Additional courses may be available based on individual expertise and experience.
