Construction Superintendent

Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire| $80k-$90k

Konik is partnered with a growing commercial construction company who is adding a Superintendent to their team.

Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Ensure subcontractors and employees are meeting timelines and quality
• Direct construction projects while communicating with customers and project managers
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and resolve any issues
• Estimate resources and staffing needed to achieve project goals
  

• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects
• 5+ years of construction supervisory experience
• Ability to manage schedules and take proactive approach
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction preferred but not required
