Ecommerce Experience Strategist
Our big brand CPG client is looking for an Ecommerce Experience Strategist, 30-40 hours per week, to join their team for a short-term contract with the possibility of extending. In this role, you will assist in building a seamless experience across internal and external customer touchpoints to drive optimized customer engagement in order to improve sales. You will help build the roadmap for how the client optimizes customer's experience through all Distributor-related touchpoints including the Distributor Website/Ordering Portal, Digital Marketing Levers (email, social, digital ads), and Connections with the sales teams.
