This position plays a key role in helping DecksDirect achieve our mission to "Help People Build Better Decks" by being motivated and enjoying going above & beyond for customers' needs and wants for their outdoor solutions. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and new customers to be their main point of contact
• Consistently be available to take inbound phone calls
• Utilize questions and resources to understand the customers wants for a solution
• Able to identify opportunities and use as positive outcome

Qualifications:

• 1+ years Customer Service experience
• Organizational skills to manage inbound sales calls
• Positive attitude with a competitive spirit
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills

Position Details:

• Full-time/Part-time: Hourly
• General Operating Hours:
  • Monday-Friday 7:00am- 6:00pm
• Internal position: not remote or telecommute
