Tesoro Group is looking for Maintenance Technicians to work in multifamily apartment complexes and residential buildings.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in apartment or residential maintenance combined and recent work history.
• EPA or ability to obtain
• Special Boiler License or ability to obtain
• CPO or ability to obtain
• Ability to prioritize work orders.
• Schedule and prioritize unit turns.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and vendors as needed.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Experience in proactively scheduling preventative maintenance.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Plumbing - Understand Freshwater, Wastewater, and Ventilation Systems. Able to locate Shutoff Valves and troubleshoot issues before calling in a vendor.
• Electrical - Ability to replace outlets, switches, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.
• Boiler - Any Boiler Certifications
• EPA
• CPO
• Carpentry - Experience repairing drywall, cabinetry, replacing trim, doors and painting.
• HVAC - Working Knowledge of HVAC units and Magic Packs and the ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues. (Magic Pack experience not required at all work sites)
