You Move Me is the fastest growing local moving company in the Twin Cities and we are hiring part-time Sales Center Agents to join our growing Sales Center Team! What a Sales Center Agent Can Expect:
- A competitive average hourly pay of $18-$21/hr, made up of a competitive base pay and commissions
- Our Agents earn between $600 and $1000+ in monthly commissions!

What a Sales Center Agent Does:
- You Move Me is a full service moving company - we do everything from packing to loading and unloading - making our customers' moving day easy!
- Our Sales Center Agents field inbound calls and online inquiries, asking questions to learn about their packing and moving needs - no cold calling!
- Our Agents are knowledgeable about our services and pricing to provide accurate estimates and convert them into booked moves for our crews!
- Use your sales skills and a high level of customer service to communicate the value of our moving services - enabling us to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
- You will be supported and set up for success from day one with solid training - including prepared scripts for selling our value, quoting prices, addressing customer concerns and booking the move.
Schedule:
- Flexibility - we offer consistent hours, you choose the weekdays you are available to work!
- We require weekend availability - Sunday's are shorter shifts
- Our schedule is made two weeks out - allowing you to plan ahead
Requirements:
- The desire to work as a part of a positive, high performing team
- Must be at least 18 years old
You may be a great fit for this position if you have previous experience in customer service or call center positions, as well as retail or over-the-phone sales!
