A Drains Install Laborer at Hero is responsible for assisting in the troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential drain systems. Schedule
- 7am start time, end times vary based on completion of work and business needs
Essential Job Duties
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, labor, repair, and service of drain systems in a residential setting
- Prepare lining materials to be used for future installation
- Maintain company provided vehicle and inventory of parts, tools, and shop equipment
- Deliver materials and equipment from warehouse to jobsites on time
Qualifications
- Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, crawl, bend, stoop, climb, work in small spaces
- Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely
- Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
- Ability to work closely with others
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
- Participate actively in all trainings, meetings, and events
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- On-time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
