We are currently seeking a full-time Finance Manager (Remote work possible) This position includes, but is not limited to:
  • Heavy concentration on cash reconciliations, including daily cash analysis and daily funding of credit card transactions.
  • Monthly general ledger close - posting journal entries, account reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Monthly rent billing, including monthly journal entries to record rental activity.
  • Preparation of reconciliations/schedules for interim and year-end audit requirements.
Additional Tasks and Responsibilities:


  1. Full cycle accounting duties using QuickBooks
  2. Code and enter vendor expense invoices
  3. Accounts payable
  4. Process accounts receivable and invoice clients and customers
  5. Prepare bank deposits
  6. Ensure accuracy in general ledger
  7. Process employee time sheets and payroll
  8. Prepare monthly and quarterly tax return
  9. Liaison with external CPA
  10. Assist with HR/benefits administration and communication
  11. Future responsibilities to include:
  • Helping develop Key Performance Indicators for each department
  • Managing staffing process & employee onboarding
  • Managing company IT & phone systems
  • Budgeting & forecasting
  • Developing & implementing new procedures & support other departments
  • Manage and assist with company with special projects
  • Assist with high-level strategic financial planning & company direction
Job Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A 4-year accounting degree is required at least 2 years of experience.
  • Experience with Excel required.
