Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking qualified Controller candidates. The Controller will be a vital member of the Finance team and ensure that all tasks within the Department are completed accurately and on time. The Controller will also aid in monitoring and updating Department policies, procedures, contracts and agreements, accounting and regulatory pronouncements, and governance documents.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

1. Ensure the accurate and timely completion of the annual financial statement audit and provide support as needed.
2. Oversee financial close process and associated internal reporting and variance analysis.
3. Provide support and collaboration with routine and project-based forecasts.
4. Oversee the Accounting Department staff.
5. Monitor general ledger activity and investigate and correct identified anomalies.

Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance

Required: Five or more years of accounting and reporting experience

Required: Three or more years of bank specific experience

Required: Experience managing personnel

Required: Call Report and other regulatory reporting experience

Required: Experience preparing annual financial statements
