We are seeking a Shipping Receiving Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for inbound merchandise, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and management of the warehouse. This position will also assist with building maintenance and onsite installs and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and process inbound merchandise by inspecting orders for accuracy and damage, as well as stocking merchandise
• Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items on a regular basis
• Assist with the shipment of products by loading and unloading delivery trucks with the forklift
• Organize and maintain warehouse space
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance for the building structures, such as, plumbing, electrical, etc. as needed
• Maintain building grounds, including but not limited to removing snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, driveways, parking lots, entrances, main entrance vestibule, and steps during the winter months, and weeds during the summer months
• Assist service department in conducting install, repair, or evaluations on job sites

Qualifications:

• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
• Ability to prioritize time and organize multiple tasks effectively with minimal direction
• Ability to work as a part of a team and can communicate well with other departments and personnel
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and saws
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and palate jacks
• Understanding of necessary mathematics

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years related experience preferred
• Forklift operating experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to pass drug testing
• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times
