About the role:
This role is a key member of the Rebates and Fee Team within Sales Enablement ensuring accurate data and compliance for Boston Scientific supporting BSC's National Accounts, Corporate Sales and internal operations. You will interface with sales and operations teams with responsibilities for managing and supporting the administrative fees of a contract. This role requires a high level of business acumen, customer solution focus, attention to detail, contract management, comprehensive organizational skills and analytical ability.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Manage the processing, settlement, payment and reporting of administrative fees within BSCs Revenue Management systems.
    • Prepare and analyze sales and administrative fee data.
    • Specific contracts this position will support include, but not limited to, complex national and regional group purchasing organization accounts.
    • Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract administrative fee obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Work cross-functionally with the Shared Services team, Pricing and Contracting teams, Global Business Support as well as other BSC divisions to ensure effective, accurate and consistent workflow.
    • Support internal reporting requirements as it pertains to GPO analysis for Administrative Fees.
    • General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
    • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action. Has knowledge of alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the business or technological environment.
    • Influence exerted at peer level and occasionally at first levels of management.
    • Perform additional activities as required, including but not limited to contract audits and customer inquiries.
  • What we're looking for in you:
    • Minimum Qualifications
    • Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or other business-related degree.
    • Five or more years of related work experience in the areas of sales support/operations, contract administration, finance, data analytics, customer service operations, or accounting.
    • Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to collaborate cross functionally to drive process improvements and business results.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, and exposure to Model N, SAP or other Revenue Management systems.
