Digital Artist
Eagan, MN / Apple Valley, MN / Richfield, MN
Job Description
Artists are responsible for creating high quality and attention-getting artwork for the sales force, computer-generated art pieces (using a variety of computer software), and manufacturing prints that meet customer specifications. Portfolio required upon request. Hours 8a-5p, M-F. Pay $ 20-25/hr
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Art Education and experience 2 years college, Vo-tech or Art School and 3-5 years’ experience in art illustration
- Computer knowledge: Mac, PC or SGI
- Experience with COREL, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other similar paint packages
- Strong Drawing and Illustration skills
- Good composition and design skills
- Ability to communicate well with the sales force, internal and external customers
- Ability to interpret customers’ ideas into producible and quality products
- Self-starter, capable of meeting workload requirements as efficiently as possible
