Are you someone who can see both the forest and the trees by keeping track of details and never losing sight of the big picture?

The Implementation Specialist packages, launches and tracks projects.  This position works closely with internal departments to facilitate workflow, assist with execution of projects and provide project status updates. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage project launches
  • Determine internal resource requirements of projects
  • Establish and communicate a project schedule
  • Provide project status summary reports and updates
  • Track and report project metrics
  • Keep an accurate risk tracking document (i.e. issues/barriers to completion/road blocks)
  • Communicate client expectations and satisfaction
  • Identify and communicate issues such as project delays, installation delays, service problems, pricing or rate issues, etc.
 Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education is strongly preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience required – not just data entry – calculations, VLookup
  • Experience in ERP programs (i.e. Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) and report writer programs (i.e. Crystal Reports) strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills required with proven ability to develop and maintain positive internal and external work relationships
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
  • Timeliness and accuracy coupled with the demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize business requirements and workload
