Aon is looking for a Health Solutions, Audit Consultant/Sr. Audit Consultant for our Pharmacy Audit Practice As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our National Pharmacy Practice within Aon's Health & Benefits Consulting Practice. This role will ideally be based out of our Bloomington, MN office. For non-local candidate, we may consider having candidates work out of any of our Aon offices-as long as they are close to an airport. These exceptions will be determined case by case. Candidate will be considered for the Senior Auditor/Consultant or AVP (team lead) role, based on experience. As a Team Lead within the Pharmacy Audit group, responsibilities may include people management, mentoring junior staff and training new hires. Your impact as a Audit Consultant/Sr. Audit Consultant Pharmacy Practice Job Responsibilities: Lead client-facing HP/CMS data validation audit engagements responsible for successful delivery of $0.5M Health Plan revenue to be recognized for 2022 (revenue is already signed / contracted, we just need to deliver on it), and responsible for successful delivery of $0.5M of revenue contracted for 2023 (revenue is already signed / contracted, we just need to deliver on it). Lead client-facing Employer audit engagements, by delivering the final report to clients and following-up post-audit on closure of audit findings. Helps successfully deliver on $1M in employer audit revenue annually. Provide work direction to existing Health Plan Analysts on the team and Employer Analysts on the team, in support of the Analysts overall delivery on audit engagements. This role leads all the meetings and speaks to the clients, running the project, serving as client-facing SME, and articulating the audit findings our Analysts have located in the course of the engagement. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience: 2+ years of experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPS, etc.) and working knowledge of SQL or similar database language. Subject matter expertise in auditing pharmacy or medical claims data, or similar technical experience Experience managing, coaching, and individually growing a team of highly technical analysts The company will consider candidates without specific auditing background but such candidates must demonstrate the capacity to quickly learn claims data auditing Proven analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated proficiency working with data Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex and technical information to technical experts and laypeople alike This is a customer-facing role, thus, demonstrated customer focus is needed Strong inter-personal and team-working skills Process improvement orientation Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Personal commitment to excellence Proven ability to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment meeting deadlines with a positive attitude Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience. The salary range for this position is $70,000K - $90,000K annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The salary range reflected is an estimate, based on a primary work location of the state of Colorado. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
