Position Overview
The Senior Technical Recruiter will serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for one or more of our business partners including Professional Services and Advanced Technology, and will have considerable influence and impact on the delivery of recruiting services to our internal teams.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing talent for a variety of technical positions including Solution Architects, Pre-and Post-Sales Consultants, Regional Directors and Delivery Engineers. You will develop sourcing strategies that target the passive candidate and quickly generate robust pools of technical talent and source top candidates for complex technical roles. Your technical skills will come into play with automated recruiting and social networking tools as you formulate processes to drive your recruiting strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize expert level knowledge of search methodologies to develop sourcing plans and build robust technical talent pools; use traditional and nontraditional sources to attract active and passive candidates
  • Network through internal and external industry contacts, associations, trade groups and coworkers to attract talent to Zones
  • Develop proactive relationships with business leaders to understand current and future needs to enable effective planning and pipeline building
  • Review candidate backgrounds for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and leadership
  • Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates during the interview and hiring process. Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers
  • Execute all facets of recruiting lifecycle including candidate sourcing, presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and initial onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and fully compliant documentation on all candidates search and selection processes within Jobvite
We are seeking candidates with the following:
Position Requirements
  • 10+ years' full lifecycle technical recruiting and with 7 or more years in a high growth organization
  • Proven track-record of successfully building high volume candidate pools of talent
  • Experience recruiting for senior level technical talent for roles including Solution Architects, Pre-and Post-Sales Consultants, Regional Directors and Delivery Engineers
  • Desire for creativity and innovation while also following departmental processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for metric-driven results
  • Track record of strategic partnerships with senior leadership
  • Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset, with ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing and highly collaborative environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Jobvite
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
