The Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Victim Advocate (Advocate) is responsible for providing support and advocacy for the rights and protection of survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. The Advocate will be responsible for the assessment of the individual survivor’s needs and will work together with other community resources to fulfill those needs which may include shelter, counseling, referrals, general advocacy, and support.

Reports to: Manager of Family Services, Victim Advocacy & Parenting Education Programs
Location: CLUES St. Paul & Minneapolis, MN Offices (with remote work options available currently during pandemic).
Position Type: Regular
Schedule: Full-Time. Generally, Monday – Friday Office hours. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required.
Estimated Pay: $20 - $22/hour (depending on experience & qualifications).
