The Assistant Treasurer (AT) has broad leadership responsibilities including but not limited to managing capital market, liquidity management and forecasting activities as well as leading various projects and initiatives across the finance organization. This role collaborates with the Finance and Accounting teams, as well as internal stakeholders across TreeHouse Foods.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight related to all aspects of the treasury function
• Responsible for ongoing capital market activities including credit facility covenant reporting
• Lead free cash flow forecasting activities including optimization of financial models
• Manage US and Canadian AR monetization facilities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance key working capital metrics
• Prepare and present various management presentations including Board materials
• Key member of team leading all capital market transactions
• Collaborate with accounting and commercial finance areas to identify and mitigate currency risk
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes and improve controls
• Assist Treasurer with maintaining bank relations
• Lead special projects and ad hoc analysis as required
• Provides guidance and leadership to the Treasury team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field: MBA or CPA advantageous but not required
• 10+ years of progressive experience including at least 5 years in the Treasury group of a public company
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from inception to completion
• Ability to analyze, interpret and communicate financial data
• Experience building and enhancing financial Excel models
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting implications
• Excellent communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership of an organization
• Highly self-motivated with proven track record of building strong partnerships
