Strategic Accounts Recruiter - East Coast



Job Summary:

Reporting into our National Division, this role will recruit on accounts that are exclusively part of the Strategic Account program. Currently those accounts include Fidelity, Charter Communications, BNY Mellon, and Capital One.

This role will be responsible for learning and developing expertise within one or more of these clients as well as any future Strategic Account clients as determined.



Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Account Executives to identify clients' technical requirements, and source technical candidates using advanced search string tactics based on those requirements.

* Qualify/disqualify candidates through a comprehensive screening process.

* Follow best practices for job advertisement and job board placement.

* Provide detailed write-ups and submittal forms for qualified candidates.

* Prepare candidates before interviews and debrief candidates after interviews.

* Follow internal CRM processes for parsing candidates, attaching candidates to jobs, logging calls, client submissions, scheduling interviews, and recording placements.

* Successfully negotiate salary, other payment options (hourly, salary, per diem), discuss details of relocation, and consistently close candidates.

* Identify red flags and openly communicate concerns to Account Executives.

* Fully own requirements that are assigned to you until the positions is filled and/or closed.

* Perform consultant management, consistently checking in on consultants, including stop management and redeployment.

* Continually grow LinkedIn network to reach a wider pool of candidates.

* Continual technical training and education on tools, devices, programming languages and other technical acronyms.

* Generate seeds for new business development.

* Maintain statistical data on recruiting and lead generation activity to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals set by management.



Required Skills & Abilities:

* Understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.

* General understanding of immigration and visa statuses.

* Knowledge of technical terms relating to the IT field, including tools, devices, programming languages and technical acronyms.

* Anticipates and meets the needs of both internal and external customers, delivering high-quality results and services; displays commitment and follow-through.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-service oriented, and the ability to successfully network.

* Must display integrity and accountability.

* Ability to stay the course in times of difficulty and remain motivated to accomplish goals in the face of adversity or challenge.

* Deal effectively with pressure, remain optimistic and persistent, recover quickly from setbacks.

* Ability to demonstrate problem-solving and good judgment.

Education and Experience:

* At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an IT or staffing environment

* Bachelor's degree in related field

* Consistently achieved $8k or more in weekly GM Spread
