Greensand Molder and Metal Pourer/Melter Qualifications: We are waving the 2-year minimum experience requirement. Candidates must be mechanically incline and have the ability to work in our foundry manufacturing facility.
Greensand Molder and Metal Pourer/Melter Requirements: The position requirements operating production equipment. Greensand molding operator to work on our BMM, Squeezer or Roto Lift machines producing quality greensand molds.
Metal pourers hand pour the molten aluminum into the sand molds for the production of aluminum castings.
You must be able to operator a computer to access training & work instructions, be able to follow all processes and procedures for the Greensand Molder and Metal Pourer/Melter foundry production job.
These positions are permanent on 2nd shift hours are 2pm to 10 pm Monday to Friday. Training is completed on 1st shift 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We pay shift differential on these shifts: 2nd +.40 and 3rd + .55,You must be self-motivated, detail orientated, dependable with a good attendance record & have a positive attitude.
Physically demands requiring repetitive duties such as:
Lifting/carrying: 60 LBS.
Posture/movements: Push/Pull 60 lbs. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist at waist, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, squat, bend neck forward/upward, reaching overhead, with outstretched arms
Hand work Repetitive use of right and left hands with pinch/grasp force
Environmental exposures: extreme heat Molten Aluminum, fire, dust, fumes, gases, odors, vibration, mechanical moving equipment
