Guardian Tax & Guardian Wealth Strategies work seamlessly to deliver holistic investment, tax and estate planning advice and services to high-net-worth clients. Guardian Tax seeking a CPA or EA to lead the tax practice. Work collaboratively with fiduciary investment advisors, financial planners and clients who genuinely appreciate your expertise and contributions for superior tax advice, strategies, and outcomes.

Professional Qualifications:

• CPA with 3 years experience preferred
• Experience filing individual, trust and small business tax returns preferred
• Experience with Drake and QuickBooks preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare individual, trust, and small business tax returns
• Review and prepare tax analysis and projections
• Identify, propose, and execute tax strategies
• Direct end-to-end tax season process for tax returns with advisors and support staff

Compensation:

$80,000 - $115,000 per year based upon experience. Bonus potential. Current book of business/clients can follow. Special considerations may be discussed.
