What You Will Be DoingAs a Sr. Loan Processor, you will be working directly under the Branch Manager and Processing Manager. You will be responsible for your own pipeline and ensuring it is clean, organized and that you are able to process minimum 20 loans per month. You will be training with your peers and after ramping up, you will be expected to help others where needed.
What You Need for this Position1t least 3+ years experience with:
- Loan Processing
- knowledge on the entire mortgage industry (from processing to underwriting to closing and how the system works)
- A mortgage LOS system. We use "Blue Sage" which is built specifically for our company. No prior knowledge is needed but similar system usage is preferred
