Well established life and annuity marketing organization is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

We are looking for a customer service focused team player who is able to effectively communicate over the telephone. This is an entry-level position with excellent growth opportunities. In-depth training will be provided. Excellent work schedule with flexible options available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to create interest in our company, products, and services. These business to business calls are consultative in nature and are concept focused versus product-driven.
• Respond to inbound leads from various marketing campaigns, by reaching out to these prospective clients to identify the type of assistance and information they need, with the goal to convert the caller to a qualified lead for the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with computer programs; experience with CRM systems a plus
• Ability to build professional rapport over the telephone
• Customer service mindset
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Team player
• Ability to work independently to meet goals and expectations.
• Previous sales or customer service experience a plus!

Schedule:

• Long weekends every weekend! Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
• Full time and part-time positions are available, so if you need flexibility in your schedule please let us know!
