Copenhagen Enterprises is seeking a motivated individual with the right combination of mechanical skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn to join our maintenance team in downtown and south Minneapolis as a full-time technician. This is a great opportunity to work on a small dedicated staff for a family-owned provider of affordable market-rate housing in the heart of the city.

Responsibilities Include:

- Painting, light repair and cleaning during apartment unit turns

- Snow removal as needed

- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
