Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Energy Program Manager, this position is responsible to identify and schedule eligible participants for The Minnesota Energy Conservation Weatherization Program utilizing Energy Conservation's electronic workflow and several databases within prescribed timelines. The Energy Program Associate will utilize energy program knowledge to identify and document qualification information and advocate for and communicate with participants.
Job Responsibilities (Not all inclusive):
Education & Experience: AA degree in an administrative support, business or social services field and 1 year of experience in social services, customer service or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Experience including intake, referral, advocacy and outreach preferred.
Abilities and Skills: In order to be successful in this position, the person will at minimum need to possess the following abilities and skills:

Salary: $19.27/Hr, $19.74/Hr (Bilingual)
Languages: Spanish, Somali, Hmong, or Karen Preferred
Schedule: M-F, 40 Hours/Week
