Data Analysts on the forecasting team are responsible for daily execution of client transaction volume and financial projections. Additionally, this role is responsible for participating in and leading deep dive analyses around program value and pricing, communicating with and delivering analysis to internal and external stakeholders, and ad hoc data analysis requests. What You'll Do

Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees' primary responsibilities.

• Use SQL, Tableau, Excel, Python, and Alteryx for data visualization, exploration, automation, and creation of stakeholder deliverables
• Ensure documentation and stakeholder educational materials are kept up-to-date
• Establish standards and templates for stakeholder deliverables
• Research launch brand market conditions, competitors, and other external data sources to build assumptions for launch models
• Identify opportunities for automation and scalability of data processing and forecasting workflows
• Collaborate with sales operations, finance, deal management, pricing, market insights, and clinical teams to fine tune assumptions and adjustments on an individual brand basis
• Perform QA on our automated processes and investigate anomalies

About You

The ideal candidate will be a natural collaborator with strong analytical skills and an innate drive to innovate.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
• 3+ years' experience in an analytics role
• 1+ years working with time series forecasting methods and tools
• Strong interest in and aptitude for data analytics
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Desire to constantly learn and teach others what you know
• Experience with SQL for advanced querying and data transformation
• Experience with a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI
• Some Python or R experience
• Alteryx experience a plus
