Are you a P.O.S.T. Certified deputy with at least three (3) years of experience, desiring to work for an outstanding agency in a beautiful location?
Qualified candidates are eligible to go through our lateral selection process and if hired will be placed at the top of the seniority list based on years of service. Patrol Deputies are able to enjoy a life-work balance with schedules that allow for three or more consecutive days off. Retirement benefits include 401a, 457 Plan, and Social Security.

Larimer County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) has a robust training program with many opportunities for collateral duties such as SWAT(Archer), K-9, Bomb squad, FTO, mentoring, etc. Larimer County is over 2500 square miles of varying terrain, offering opportunities to partner with Emergency Services in disaster-related challenges, such as fires and floods. As an LCSO Deputy, you will work with a team that has passed a rigorous hiring process and upholds a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
