Job Description
With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. The Technology Quality Function is reserved for those positions where Quality is the primary objective of the work delivered. Technology Quality roles will cover all primary quality activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver high quality products and services. These roles include, but are not limited to, strategy, planning, standards, process, policy, tools, engineering, assurance, management, metrics, research and development, automation, data preparation, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Expertise developing automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, with integration to Jenkins and Sauce labs
- Proven experience in writing, executing and monitoring automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver using Java
- Experience testing GUI applications, web services and/or web applications (Backend and frontend)
- Experience testing REST services
- Experience in Automation ATDD framework implementation
- Ensure that development standards and procedures are adhered to
- Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments
- Experience developing Java code with latest web design concepts
- Provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks
- Good understanding of multiple test automation frameworks and Dev Ops
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems
- Demonstrated advanced technical and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to meet the needs of the audience
- Detail oriented with the ability to work and guide others during time constraints to meet deadlines
- Provide support and leadership during development sprints across multiple scrum teams
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train resources
- Conduct peer code reviews to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
- Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
- Experience in relational, NoSQL, databases
- Reviews the work of others

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in IT field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of automated testing experience in Java
- 5+ years working with RESTful services
- 5+ years working with cross-browser testing
- 3+ years working with relational databases
- 3+ years working in an Agile environment
- 2+ years in a senior role
- Healthcare Industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with HL7 FHIR API's a plus
- Working experience with one or more of the following Maven, Openshift, Github, MongoDb and mySQL is a plus
- Experience in image based test automation; experience in automation tools like EggPlant, AutoIT or UIPath
- Proven experience in API test frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, and tools such as CURL and HTTP
- Knowledge of testing AngularJS or Angular applications is a plus
- Extensive experience in complex projects with division or company-wide scope
- Development background is a plus
