Ceridian is currently seeking a Wage Attachment Specialist I to join our Dayforce Managed Team.We service our clients by supporting the complete employee life cycle including payroll, workforce management, benefits, and contact center; allowing the client to focus on their core business.

The ideal candidate will have entry level experience as an administrative assistant within a professional organization.Strong plus if experience gained within the payroll, accounting, or HR industries.Candidate should also be able to interface with clients and use critical thinking skills to resolve complex problems.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Own processing and analyzing various monthly compliance reports
  • D365 support portal case management
  • Accountable for legal notification mailings to agencies, payee's and employees
  • Assist with root cause analysis and logging of returned checks
  • Be willing to become a notary if needed - notarize garnishment orders/answers
  • Perform miscellaneous requests from team
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
