We are currently seeking an Application Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team. This full time role will work days (and include some on-call coverage).
Lead support for HCMC applications throughout the systems life cycle and serve as a liaison with operational owners / customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical analysis, maintenance and support for complex systems and applications
Manage life cycle for supported applications
Manage projects that are large or complex through use of accepted project management methodology -mitigate risks, status reporting, issue management, overall tracking and execution
Perform system upgrades - planning, work estimation, resource allocation and execution
Design, develop, test and provide support for project implementations
Develop a working knowledge of the operational area being supported
Work with business owners for system optimization and enhancements
Maintain documentation for First Level of Support, Disaster Recovery, and Change Management and other system support requirements
Participates in planning for software/ hardware needs including specifications and funding
Develop plan and pull together collaborative teams for resolving unfamiliar, complex problems
Provide input into operational plans for backup/disaster recovery
Provide support for high priority systems/applications in an on-call rotation
Mentor and cross train staff
Participate in system selection and evaluation, recommend solutions through written proposals or presentations
Manage customer relationships in accordance with defined Service Levels
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
2 years' experience in relevant field

An approved equivalent combination of experience and education
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years' experience in a relevant field
