College of DuPage seeks a full-time, tenure track faculty member to teach Business Management courses starting in August 2020.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic department contributing to student success by teaching foundational courses (Introduction to Business, Supervision) as well as advanced courses (Principles of Management) in active learning classrooms (and online). This includes working diligently with colleagues to ensure teaching materials and program curriculum are aligned with transfer institution and industry standards along with advising students on their academic and career paths. In addition, you will be supporting students in co-curricular activities and building strong connections with education and industry partners.
Faculty duties include classroom instruction, assessment, curriculum development, advising students, professional inquiry, committee/institutional work and engaging with instructional technology.
Teaching assignments may include various delivery modes, such as face-to-face, on-line, hybrid and/or blended formats during days, evenings and weekends.
