College of DuPage seeks a full-time, tenure track faculty member to teach Certified Nursing Assistant Program courses starting in August 2020.
Seeking a forward-thinking faculty member who enjoys teaching, collaborating with colleagues, and recognizes diversity and inclusion as core values of nursing. The faculty will provide direct instruction to students according to the curriculum designed to assist students to pass the Illinois Nurse Assistant Certificate Exam. The program utilizes a competency-based curriculum and offers both 8-week and 16-week courses in the fall, spring and summer.
Faculty duties include classroom instruction, assessment, curriculum development, advising students, professional inquiry, committee/intitutional work and engaging with instructional technology.
Teaching assignments may include various delivery modes, such as face-to-face, on-line, hybrid and/or blended formats during days, evenings and weekends.
